22nd World Tai Chi and Qigong Day

Due to the global pandemic, this year on the occasion of the 22nd edition of World Tai Chi and Qigong Day, the Oriental Health Academy will not be able to participate in this global event practicing Longmen Qigong, Yang Style short form (24 postures), Yang Style traditional long form (108 postures) and Wubaomen Qigong in the Largo Marinai d’Italia Park in Milan.

Sponsored by the UN and the World Health Organization (among many others), World Tai Chi and Qigong Day unites people from over 80 countries around the world practicing Tai Chi (Taijiquan) and Qigong (Chi Kung), creating a virtual wave of peace and energy that spreads across the planet, starting from New Zealand at 10:00 on Saturday, April 25th, 2020, and circling the globe, following the time zones, giving concrete meaning to the slogan, “One World….One Breath”.
